Very, very effective gardening gloves. Having a 30foot hedge to deal with, and thorns over 6 inches long, I needed something substantial to cover my hands and arms. Not one thorn went through the gloves and protected my arms from any lacerations. I brought the medium size and they fitted very well, with room to move your fingers. Very easy to use and the thickness of the leather great. The look of them is fine and even if it wasn’t I would still give five stars. Excellent product, cannot fault it

Fabulous! Comfy, long leather gloves. We inherited the hedge from hell. It's a beast of a thing, planted, we think, when the house was built, very close to the wall of the house. It had run wild and when we started to cut it we realised that we needed good gloves that would protect against killer thorns. These were so bad that if you stood on a branch they would go through footwear. These gloves were a huge help. They are long enough to protect your arms, have a drawstring at the top to secure, and despite the nasty thorns protected well. They look at if they will last a long time. Worth every penny and would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I like the length if the glove as it comes up to the elbow, this will help eliminate thorn scratches from BlackBerry bushes etc. I looked for this glove after using a pair for a volunteer work party for BBOWT, which i do once a month, this pair will be invaluable for that work. I chose the yellow pair as they stand out against the grass, so easy to see if mislaid. Leather is thick enough to stop most thorns yet pliable to be able to use without bring hindered. Definitely worth the money and would recommend these to anyone.
